Mike Gatto - stated that Caltrans will offer the public 120 days to comment on the project, as opposed to a previously mentioned 90-day period.

The woman's image was captured minutes after the theft by a video surveillance camera at the Montrose bank where she made a $2,000 cash advance using the victim's credit card and information.
