    An Allentown man has been charged with homicide by vehicle in connection with an accident that killed a motorist on Route 22 in May. Brian Creazzo was driving while high on methadone and opiates when he hit and killed a man who was standing near his car along the highway, officials said. Police responded to a two-vehicle accident on Route 22 near Route 309 in South Whitehall Township on May 13. Creazzo told police he was driving from work in Kutztown to his home in Allentown.
