    On Wednesday, April 9th at 1:57 P.M. the officers with the Marshall County Sheriff's Department responded to a two vehicle accident at the intersection of State Road 17 and State Road 8. Investigating Officer Joe Giodano arrived on the scene and learned that 42 year old Kimberly Moore of Knox was stopped at the intersection of State Road 8 and 17 preparing to turn northbound on State Road 17. The driver of the Ford Focus, 30 year old Nicole Risner of Plymouth was traveling southbound on State Road 17 to Culver when Moore pulled into the intersection and struck Risner's vehicle as she was traveling south. Both vehicles sustained significant damage and had airbag deployment.
