Devin Kyle Moore, of Kingman, was arrested in the 300 block of Andy Devine after officers responded to a disturbance call at the business shortly after 2 a.m. Moore was reportedly in a physical altercation with a 28-year-old man.

The attorney for Philip Lee Ross II, 32, said his client had recently resumed treatment for his undisclosed mental illness, but did not have the prescription medication he took to address his mental illness at the time of the ambush, which occurred as the victim rode his bicycle down Stockton Hill Road near Beverly Avenue.

Brandon Michael Moore, 41, was allegedly driving a blue Chevrolet into oncoming traffic before Mohave County deputies stopped him at the corner of Hearne and Powell avenues at about 8:30 p.m. Deputies reportedly smelled the odor of alcohol on Moore, who allegedly admitted to drinking a single beer earlier in the day.
