    Perhaps the most shocking image from Monday's severe storm was video of a row of four railroad cars blowing off the Huey P. Long Bridge trestle in Elmwood as though they were feather-light. The cars, part of a Union Pacific Railroad train, carried empty shipping containers with no hazardous materials and caused no injuries when they slammed into the ground at 10:35 a.m., but why were they on the elevated trestle at all, given the forecast of high wind?
