    The man shot by a Huntsville police officer on Sunday night was armed and had drugs on him, according to investigators. Huntsville police said the incident started when an officer pulled over 23-year-old Kendall Jordan Westbrook on Sparkman Drive, just north of Cotton Row shortly after 9 p.m. After he stopped the car, police said Westbrook got out of the vehicle and brandished a gun.
