Heavy, wet snow is being blamed for power outages in southeast Nebraska. An estimated 6,200 customers in Pawnee City, Table Rock, Burchard, Dubois, Humboldt, Dawson, Crab Orchard, Shubert and Verdon are without power as of Monday afternoon. Comment?
