    The gun used in the March 25 incident in which a 12-year-old shot and killed his younger brother, injured his older brother and then turned the gun on himself was a handgun stored in a box on the top shelf of a closet, the Pasco County Sheriff's Office said Thursday. The Pinellas-Pasco Medical Examiner's Office has also officially ruled 6-year-old Brady Pimentel's death a homicide and 12-year-old Kevin Pimentel's death a suicide.
