    A man and woman from Warren have been indicted by a federal grand jury, which charged the two with lying about who would receive a purchased firearm, according to a release from the U.S. Department of Justice. Pamela E. Vincent, 43, and William Roberts, 40, made the false statements to a federally-licensed firearms dealer, according to Steven M. Dettelbach, U.S. Attorney in Cleveland.

Resembling a hairnet or a Halloween mask, Irby sat quietly while Trumbull County Common Pleas Judge Andrew Logan and attorneys scheduled a Jan. 5 trial and a Nov. 18 pre-trial for the Fort Wayne, Ind., man, who authorities now say was casing three banks in the Hubbard area and preparing to stage a robbery earlier this month until the car he was in was stopped.
