    The Massachusetts State Police said in a release that Makthra Men, 23, was traveling north of Exit 21 in Hopkinton at around 1:40 p.m. when he spun out of control in his 2008 Hyundai sedan, striking both left side and right side guardrails. Behind him was a 2015 Freightliner tractor-trailer that attempted to slow and avoid hitting the Hyundai, but it collided with the car.
