    BARNSTABLE - Facing a May 5 trial on multiple charges, including manslaughter by motor vehicle, in connection with a July 2013 high-speed chase through Harwich and Chatham, Benjamin Shealey has again agreed to plead guilty as part of a deal with prosecutors. Tara Miltimore, spokeswoman for the Cape and Islands District Attorney's Office, confirmed Thursday that Shealey has agreed to change his plea and will be in Barnstable Superior Court on Tuesday.
