    I attended the recent combined meeting between Harwich and Chatham and was disappointed at the unwillingness of the Regional School Committee and the superintendent to even consider reducing their budget. The superintendent repeatedly said we are facing a fiscal cliff, while the school committee chairman said we face a tsunami and that after this year he promises it can live within a 2.5 percent increase.
