    A Palmyra woman was charged with theft after allegedly taking an elderly woman's wallet from a shopping cart at the Hartland IGA earlier this month, according to officials. Surveillance images from the March 10 incident had been posted on the Somerset County Sheriff's Office's Facebook page , which generated more than 300 shares and 25,000 views, according to Chief Deputy James Ross.
