Fredrick Wiley of Harrisburg, Illinois told police he ate at Panera Bread restaurant in Paducah between 8:30-9:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 4. Anyone with information about the identity of either the man or woman pictured is asked to call the Paducah Police Department at 270/444-8550 or Crime Stoppers at 443-TELL.
