    A Hanover man who allegedly admitted to using heroin Tuesday night was charged by West York Borough Police after they say a car he was driving with his wife and 4-month-old daughter crashed later that night. According to charging documents, John MacGill, 26, of the 500 block of Baltimore Street, struck a parked SUV in the 1600 block of West Market Street in West York about 10:38 p.m. The car MacGill was driving, a Ford Taurus, sustained moderate damage, including a smashed windshield.
