    The 2015 preliminary budget is moving on to Hanover Borough Council for approval, having been recommended by the finance committee on Nov. 19. Though the final projected numbers of the budget are not available to the public until council approves, borough manager Barb Krebs said the general fund includes a set 2.5 percent property tax increase. The increase equates to .15 mills, or an additional $15 a year in taxes to a home valued at $100,000.
