The Hanover company appealed its 2010 property assessment and reached an agreement with Adams County on Feb. 25. Adams County, Conewago Valley School District and Conewago Township collectively owe more than $200,000 to Utz Quality Foods because of a 2010 tax assessment error, according to a recent appeal.
