Jeffrey Darl Batchelor, of Franklinville, pled guilty to committing one count of statutory sex offense with a 15-year-old male in Pender County Superior Court.

Blankenship is facing 35 drug charges including fraud/forgery, trafficking, conspiracy and simple possession.
