An upper Dauphin County man is accused of raping and assaulting a woman Sunday. Robert William Barzyk, 49, of the 1900 block of Armstrong Valley Road, Halifax Township, was charged with rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, sexual assault and simple assault, state police said. Comment?
