    A 28-year-old woman called 911 from a neighbor's home in the 19400 block of S.E. Yamhill St. at 5:17 a.m. Sunday, May 24, saying she had just escaped her home after being held captive overnight by David Vasquez, 33, and his girlfriend, Ruth Orozco-Rivera, 28. The victim, whose identity is being withheld at this time, told police that her toddler was still inside the two-story apartment with the kidnappers. The victim told police she had been handcuffed by the man and woman, threatened and assaulted.
