The buyer was Lexington Foundation, a not-for-profit based in Gloversville that serves about 1,000 developmentally-disabled youths in Fulton and Albany counties.

Scott Bornt, 53, and Gerri Mondlin-Bornt, 50, no addresses given, will both be sentenced May 11 on charges of Social Security fraud after they pleaded guilty in October to acquiring more than $400,000 in fraudulent Social Security payments over several years.
