Charles Leo Endicott, 34, was incarcerated in August after a jury found him guilty in July of two counts of first-degree burglary, third-degree assault, menacing and harassment.

On Tuesday officials say a dog descrivbed as a "dark black" pit bull and a white pit bull with brown spots were running along the North Umpqua River near the Narrows near Glide, where the black dog bit a man who was fishing there in the hand.
