In the lawsuit, the league chapter, whose members have volunteered at and donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to Twelve Oaks Lodge over the decades, claimed the be.group, operator of the facility, had not complied with Twelve Oaks' underlying charitable trust and was planning to sell it for a noncharitable purpose.
