    A Glen Cove man faces a felony DWI charge after police say he was drunk and driving at 106 mph on Sunrise Highway in Hampton Bays with his three children in his vehicle on Wednesday afternoon. State Police said a trooper pulled over a Dodge Ram pickup truck driven by 49-year-old Mark E. Palmer for speeding at about 3:15 p.m. on the eastbound side of Sunrise Highway, west of Exit 65. Palmer is charged with aggravated DWI-a felony under Leandra's Law-endangering the welfare of a child and several traffic violations.
