Weber Road. The NTSB last week issued a report saying that Venguswarmy's Cirrus SR20 airplane touched down on the runway at Clow International Airport "multiple times" then banking to the left at a low altitude and flying over several buildings before crashing about a quarter-mile from the runway, the Herald-News reported.
