Coulter, 29, both of Georgetown, on one count of possession of 15 to 100 grams of heroin with intent to deliver, a Class X felony, and one count of possession of 2.5 to 10 grams of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor. O'Shaughnessy also found probable cause to try Bradley J. Farrell and Damon A. Duitsman, both 26 and of Danville, on one count of calculated criminal drug conspiracy, a Class X felony, and one count of possession of 1 to 15 grams of heroin with intent to deliver, a Class 1 felony.
