    The date for Benjamin Jasper Carter's murder trail was set during Wednesday's disposition reset hearing at the Humboldt County Superior Courthouse. Humboldt County Judge John Feeney set the trial confirmation for 2 p.m. March 11 and the jury trial to begin 8:30 a.m. April 6. Carter is accused of fatally shooting Zackery Jacob Chapman, 36. The Redway resident's body was found in Tooby Memorial Park off Kitmu Road in Garberville on April 16, 2014.
