Austin Kenneth Rupert Wagg, 20, entered an Alford Plea to charges of attempted malicious wounding, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, and shooting into an occupied vehicle, according to Carroll County Commonwealth's Attorney Nathan H. Lyons.
