Several Dunkirk officials attended Wednesday's Fredonia Village Board special meeting to discuss a proposed 20-inch water main that would run from the existing water tank on Willowbrook Avenue in Dunkirk and connect with the existing 24-inch line on Water Street in Fredonia via Central Avenue.
