    A Fredericksburg City special education teacher is accused of allegedly forcing a boy to have sex with him, according to CBS News 6. The Caroline County Sheriff's Department arrested Bruce Levy, 52, after a minor in his care told police that Levy forced the child to perform sexual acts on him multiple times over a 10 month period, CBS News 6 reports. Levy is a special education teacher at Hugh Mercer Elementary School, 2100 Cowan Boulevard in Fredericksburg, but was put on unpaid leave after the investigation.
