The consensus was that it was an image of the Cedar Hill Cemetery on Pine Grove Road, northeast of Fredericksburg, behind the Sherwin Williams warehouse. The monument in the photo is the Lick Family Monument, and the gravestone on the right side belonged to the Batdorf family.

    A fugitive wanted on fraud charges in Puerto Rico was arrested Monday in Lebanon after city police said he was pulled over because he failed to use his vehicle's windshield wipers during a winter storm. Ramon Melendez, 33, who was living in the Fredericksburg area, was taken into custody around 11:27 a.m. in the 1200 block of Willow Street, police said in a news release.
