    A federal grand jury indictment, unsealed Thursday, charges Richard Jenks Jr. of Fort Duchesne with two counts of aggravated sexual abuse of a child and two counts of a sexual abuse of a minor. KSL reports the 56-year-old Jenks is accused of sexually abusing the girl from the time she was 10 years old until she was 16. Jenks has served more than one term on the Ute Tribe Business Committee, representing members of the tribe's Uncompahgre Band.
