State police at Fogelsville said Robbie Thomas, 28, and Nocianie Joseph, 24, both of Hempstead, N.Y., stole $901 worth of Rogaine, a hair regrowth product, and Whitestrips from the store at 958 S. Krocks Road in Lower Macungie on July 3. The manager of the store believed the two were the same responsible for similar thefts at other CVS stores along the east coast based on security alerts he received.
