    A Cleveland man whose left hand was injured by a shattered arrow lost his trial Wednesday afternoon after a jury found that the arrow was not defective. Trevor Cawley sued Eastman Outdoors Inc. of Flushing, Michigan after an arrow distributed by the company broke he was practicing archery in October 2012.
