The Seattle Times reports that Kenneth M. Sutton Jr. was convicted last month of second-degree murder, four counts of assault and unlawful possession of a firearm.

    A man was sentenced to nearly 70 years in prison Wednesday for opening fire outside a Federal Way bar in 2012 and killing one man and wounding Kenneth M. Sutton Jr., 23, was found guilty last month of second-degree murder, four counts of first-degree assault with firearm enhancements and second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm. Young, 23, of Kent, got into "a heated argument" outside Johnny's Famous Grill and Bar just before 2 a.m. on June 27, 2012, when Sutton allegedly pulled a handgun from his waistband and started shooting.
