On April 10, Sound Transit and the Federal Transit Administration published the Draft Environmental Impact Statement for extending Link light rail to Kent/Des Moines-also known as the Federal Way Link Extension. The DEIS answers questions such as: Service on the new extension to Kent/Des Moines will begin in 2023 and extend to Federal Way when funding becomes available.
