    Through an app released earlier this year, Fairlawn officials have found a way to get a wealth of information into the hands of residents, business owners, consumers and anyone else who may be interested in learning more about the city. Fairlawn Deputy Service Director Ernie Staten said the app, which can be downloaded on smartphones and tablets , was developed in concert with the Akron-based company Citizen Sync.

The Fairlawn show is celebrating its fourth year in existence and will take place at St. George's Fellowship Centre at 3204 Ridgewood Road in Fairlawn on April 18 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. A portion of the show's proceeds from the Fairlawn show will be donated to Camp Quality, a local non-profit volunteer run, community funded non-profit organization that provides a free week long camping experience and year-round support activities for children with cancer and their family.
