    Oak Lawn police responded to a well being check near 95th Street and Pulaski Road for a report of a man wearing a striped shirt with blues walking in and out of traffic shortly after midnight on Aug. 29. When officers arrived in the area, they found a man, later identified as Steve O. Cunningham, 47, of Evergreen Park, matching the description in the 4000 block of 95th Street. Cunningham stated he is completely blind and did not realize he was walking in traffic.
