    A joint law enforcement effort has led to the arrest of a Eunice man on 30 counts of child pornography, announced Louisiana Attorney General Buddy Caldwell. Investigators on Friday charged 35-year-old Kevin Briscoe, of 1841 W. Magnolia Avenue, with 29 counts of possessing and a single count of distributing pornography involving juveniles.
