Spencer won the conference title with a 320 and ELC finished three strokes with a 323.

    During Tuesday's Emmet County Supervisor's Board meeting, representatives of Daybreak Foods, Mark Valen and Todd Halbersma requested support from the board to place a voluntary embargo along Highway 4. However, being that it is a state highway, further approval will be needed. The embargo would start at the railroad underpass, south of Estherville.
