    After allowing three public meetings for public comments, the Emmet County Board of Supervisors Tuesday denied a rezoning request from R-2 to C-1 from Jason Henning dba/J&J Land, Inc. Henning had requested rezoning a 600-by-600 parcel which was a former farmstead and part of a larger tract. The property is west of Estherville Golf Course and south of Country Club Estates.
