Adapted for Estacada, the prototype Chun plans to launch is complimentary tastings of Oregon wines, exotic craft beers and hard cider from 4-6 p.m. Wednesdays, May 6, 13, 20 and 27 at Get & Go Market, 346 S.E. Fifth Ave. Though they will start out as small, local tastings, Chun hopes to eventually expand the offering to occur in conjunction with other established Estacada events.
