Robert and Vickie Thayer originally filed a lawsuit Aug. 19 against Hawcreek pork producer Jeff Shoaf, the Bartholomew County Board of Zoning Appeals and Edinburgh attorney Landmark Enterprises, LLC. The Thayers are petitioning the court to put a stay on Shoaf's plans to build the confined feeding operation and for the matter to be sent back to the zoning board where its approval can be reversed.
