    A heroin overdose in Mauertown on Wednesday led to the arrests of two women and one man on drug-related charges. Maj. Scott Proctor of the Shenandoah County Sheriff's Office said EMTs used Narcan, a drug that counters the effects of heroin, to revive a 23-year-old Edinburg man after they found him "unresponsive" at 73 Hillside Drive around 4:30 p.m. The victim was taken to Shenandoah Memorial Hospital where he was treated and released, Proctor said.
