    An Atlanta-based developer has big plans for the last significant parcel of vacant land in Edgewater: Trinity Development representatives say they're in the home stretch of negotiations with an undisclosed natural grocer that will anchor 6.7 acres of mixed-use property at 20th Avenue and Depew Street. Groundbreaking is slated for fall on Edgewater Village, a cluster of townhomes and 100 apartments next to a 35,000-square-foot grocery store anchoring restaurants and retail space.
