    A tow truck operator in Jackson County was killed when he was struck by a pickup truck while removing a disabled vehicle from I-94, the Eau Claire Leader Telegram reported . Nathan E. Walsh, 38, an employee of Jerry's Towing, was struck shortly before 8:30 a.m. about three miles east of Osseo, according to a story posted on the newspaper's website.
