According to police, Jeanne Grazia was driving her 2012 Kia Forte southeast on Route 109 when her vehicle was hit head-on by a 1991 Buick Regal that was heading northwest in the southeast lanes near Route 110 at about 11 p.m. Grazia was transported to Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow, where she was pronounced dead.
