    The Concord Planning Board will meet tonight, but the agenda does not include a public hearing on the Fournier Foods application to build a poultry processing plant in East Concord. Fournier Foods has applied to build a roughly 5,500-square-foot poultry processing plant at the end of Locke Road, near Exit 16 off Interstate 93. After an Oct. 1 hearing that lasted more than five hours and ended past midnight, the discussion on the plant was continued until the board's November meeting.

Chairman Gerry Drypolcher suggested Concord hire an outside expert to advise the board on the application, and Ward 4 Councilor Byron Champlin asked to consult with the city's attorney about enforcing local ordinances at the plant.
