    A 47-year-old Woodinville man accused of shooting a Duvall police officer in the leg and firing at a King County sheriff's officer during a high-speed pursuit has been ordered held without bail. The Seattle Times reported that King County prosecutor's spokesman Dan Donohoe says Joshua Stephen Kramer declined to appear Wednesday at his bail hearing.
