According to police, on Jan. 31 at 8:15 a.m. Francisco R. Herrera, 41, of Dunellen, was driving a 1998 Honda Accord and struck a 24-year-old Rahway man on a bicycle near West St. Georges Avenue and Stuart Place.

Newcomb, 33, Shanks, W.Va., was driving south on I-81 Feb. 4 when a rear wheel came off her Chevy VTR and struck a Volvo truck driven by Cosme Sanchez, 50, Dunellen, N.J. According to state police, Nellie J. Stahl, 75, Greencastle, was trying to turn left onto Frank Road when her Ford Fusion was struck by an Acura driven by Myles P. Gayman, 16, Greencastle. Both drivers received minor injuries.
