Okiemute Omatie, 19, whose last known address is 28 Fifth St., allegedly went to a man's apartment on Locust Street in Dover with his roommate, Phillip Swanson, on June 15. While they were at the apartment, Omatie and Swanson reportedly stole a laptop computer, tablet and prescription drugs.
