This year, the Community Creche & Music Festival will be held Friday, through Sunday, from 3 to 8 p.m. at the meeting house of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on the corner of Gum Street and Pioneer Avenue in Woodland.

A Dixon teenager accused of firing a handgun at a Dixon police officer earlier this week made his first appearance in Solano County Superior Court on Friday but did not enter a plea to two serious felony charges.
