    Former Fulton Sheriff's Deputy Cynthia Hall, who was injured in the 2005 rampage in the Fulton County Courthouse, was serenaded by more than 500 basketball fans who packed Decatur High School's auditorium on March 7. The fans sang John Denver's "Take Me Home, Country Roads" to Hall, a West Virginia native who is celebrating 10 years as a survivor of the traumatic brain injury she suffered at the hands of escaped prisoner Brian Nichols who beat her in the head and face with a pair of handcuffs on March 11, 2005. The special halftime ceremony took place during the fourth annual "Jawbones vs. Sawbones" basketball game that benefits Stone Mountain-based Side by Side Brain Injury Clubhouse where she has been a member for nine years.
